Who we are
Jabarri Training exists to open the door to the transport industry for our mob and our communities β with training that respects where you come from and where you want to go. Heavy vehicle work is steady, well-paid and in demand right across Western Australia, and we're here to help you step into it with confidence.
We deliver our courses in partnership with Highway Truck Training, a DoT-accredited Registered Training Organisation. That partnership means you learn on a modern, well-maintained fleet with experienced instructors, while training with a business that is owned and led by Aboriginal people.

The road to your licence
Heavy vehicle licensing is a progression. Start with your Heavy Rigid, upgrade to Heavy Combination, then reach Multi Combination β the top of the road-train ladder. Here's where each one takes you.
TLIC3004 Β· Heavy Rigid
Your entry to the industry
The professional driver's starting point. Get qualified on synchromesh, road-ranger and automatic vehicles and open the door to steady transport work.
You can drive: Heavy rigid trucks with 3+ axles and a GVM over 8 tonnes.
TLIC3005 Β· Heavy Combination
More vehicles, more earning
Step up from HR to operate major freight combinations. The key to higher-paying line-haul and interstate freight work.
You can drive: A heavy rigid vehicle towing one trailer, combined GVM over 9 tonnes.
TLIC4006 Β· Multi Combination
The top of the ladder
The pinnacle of a driving career β road trains and B-doubles, the largest and most complex vehicles on Australian roads.
You can drive: A prime mover towing two or more trailers (road trains & B-doubles).
